​Sanctum is a private 1:1 somatic and transpersonal space where we work directly with your central axis (channel), body, your nervous system and your psychic capacity. This is where the deeper healing happens. Not just narrating your history, but through moving and removing energy blocks that stand in the way of your deeper knowing and healing. Through feeling it. Through letting Spirit in.

For over 30 years, I’ve been in daily dialogue with Spirit. Spirit is my counsellor, my guide, my confidant.


I meet spirit in meditation. I hear spirit in songs. I feel spirit in the wind as I walk through nature. Truly, Spirit is everywhere.

​

This ongoing conversation has been my greatest ally, helping me live my truth, trust myself, and soften into life. Spirit has carried me through pain, reminded me to rest, and amplified what is possible. She brought me my child long before she was born, they’ve guided me into friendships, love, creativity, and the soul-led business I live today.

But here’s what matters for you:


You don’t have to hide your connection here. Nothing is off-limits. Together we will explore the places where you’ve doubted, silenced, or buried your gifts and let Spirit speak through your body again.

Sanctum is a 1:1 somatic and psychic process where I guide you to open your channel, strengthen your connection to Spirit, and trust what you receive to take action on your deeper knowing.

This work supports you to develop a clear relationship with Spirit through the body, so your guidance becomes something you can feel, access, and work with in your real life.
