Primordia is a 14-week somatic descent and rebirth, to reclaim your body, your boundaries, and your untamed voice, so you can lead your business, love your people and live your life from deep embodied power instead of performance and depletion.

What’s included 

  • 14 weeks immersion (Fortnightly In HOUSE Saturdays, 10am - 12.30 pm perth time), each one a deep, body led journey through breath, movement and myth

  • 2 hours per session of live somatic immersion, space to unravel, feel, and rewire from the inside out.

  • Recordings of every session so you can revisit practices, rituals, and transmissions whenever your body asks for them, between calls.

  • A small fiercely held, intimate container (max 10 women) you will be witnessed and no lost in the crowd. ​​

Why me ... 

I’ve been teaching the sacred arts since I was 19 and opened my first business at 23.


Over three decades, this work has allowed me to build a six-figure business, a home by the beach, security for my daughter, and a life that feels aligned, creative, and free.

​

Through Tarot Therapy®, astrology, somatic psychology, and narrative work, I’ve learned that embodiment isn’t about fixing or striving, it’s about remembering and loving myself  and creating from wholeness. It's about building a life that reflects your true frequency, grounded, creative and free. 

​

Because when a woman learns to trust her body, she becomes the author of her own life.

​

My approach blends the psychological and the spiritual, the practical and the poetic inspired by the mythos of Lilith and Eve: the woman who knows her power, who's resourced and who lives from her heart, soul led.
