I’m opening the doors for this one.

This Sunday, the women inside The Experiment are coming together for our first live Moon in the Body Hypno Embodiment session, and I’ve decided you can come too.

Because this Full Moon in Aries is not asking us to sit around analysing our lives.

It wants contact.

With the body.

With desire.

With instinct.

With the part of you that already fucking knows.

The part underneath all the negotiating, explaining, second-guessing and trying to be sensible.

THIS IS NOT AN ASTROLOGY CLASS

I’ll talk about the Full Moon, obviously.

But we are not spending two and a half hours discussing Aries from the neck up.

We are going into the body.

Into the place where desire actually lives.

Where the no lives.

Where the yes lives.

Where you brace.

Where you hold back.

Where you keep pushing yourself toward something that no longer feels alive.

Where something inside you has been trying to get your attention for months.

And where you may already know exactly what needs to change.

Full Moons illuminate what has been building underneath the surface.

And Aries brings us straight back to one question:

What do I actually want?

Not what should I want.

Not what would keep everybody else comfortable.

Not what looks sensible from the outside.

What do I want?

And what happens when I stop negotiating with that?

THE POWER OF HYPNOSIS

Hypnosis lets us work underneath the constant chatter of the conscious mind.

The part that analyses everything.

Second-guesses everything.

Explains everything away.

Tries to stay in control.

In hypnosis, we work with the deeper mind.

The part that holds patterns, emotional responses, old stories, instinct, imagination and possibility.

Sometimes you already know what you want consciously, but something deeper is still bracing against it.

Still afraid.

Still attached to an old identity.

Still protecting you from change.

Hypnosis gives us a way to meet that part without arguing with it.

To soften.

To listen.

To experience something differently.

And when we combine hypnosis with embodiment, it stops being just another idea in your head.

You feel it.

You experience it.

You give your whole system something new to work with.

The unconscious.

And the body’s own intelligence.

We’ll create enough space to let something deeper surface, and then we’ll bring it back into the material world.

Because I’m not interested in giving you a gorgeous mystical experience that evaporates by Monday morning.

I want you leaving with something real.

A truth.

A release.

A decision.

A shift.

A move.

Something you can actually do with what you discovered.
